The Guest House property includes a main house, a private cottage, detached from the main house, and a NEW addition to the main house.

THE MAIN HOUSE (pictured above): Is the home of the owners and caretakers of The Guest House property; Dee, Thane & Nicole Hedges. The main house was built in 1906 and was the first house in Scott City to have an indoor bathroom. Everything has been restored and the lighting fixtures are the originals. During the depression, the house was lost and then attained by Ben Christy who is an uncle to Dee Hedges.

THE COTTAGE: Is a separate building behind the main house provided for guests to have complete privacy. The Cottage ammentities include a private living area, dining area, office space sleeping area and bathroom. The guests also have access to the Hot Tub Room. A continental breakfast of muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt and juice is served every morning. Guests are welcome to enjoy their breakfast in their rooms or in the court yard by the pond.

THE NEW ADDITION: Is an addition which contains two beautiful guest rooms, a guest bathroom and a common area with dining ammenities. Guests are able to access the hot tub that is just a few feet away from the addition. A continental breakfast of muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt and juice is served every morning. Guests are welcome to enjoy their breakfast in their rooms or in the court yard by the pond.
