Previous Story:
Jann Lee fights from his soul. He practised the Jeet Kune Do martial art that was originated from Bruce Lee, a master in Chinese martial arts history. He only fights where the strongest gathered. With a unique bird-like cry, he strikes with his soulful dragon attacks to become most powerful in his life's destiny. Some think he is too self-processed, which keeps women away from him.

DOA3 Story:
The fighter without a cause, Jann Lee, still walks a lonely path. Though the reputation of "Jann Lee the Dragon", as he is called, is universal, his search for a stronger enemy does not end. His presence is still prominent in the "DOA World Tournament", and his battle cry can still be heard.
