Daddy Frank
My father who has allways been
My greatest human strength
Now must ask me for help
Do I have enough
He worked so hard all his life
So his family could be proud
Of things he didn't have
when growing as a child
Now he sits alone for days
Wondering where we are
Will he see his family
And brighten up his day
He walked through hell across Italy
So others might be free
Does anyone remember
The pain that put him through
Now his legs won't hold him
He must borrow mine
I'll do my best daddy dear
To make you proud of me
