1. Clipbook: programmable shortcuts (it's not difficult). See bottom-most screenshot.
2. Quicklist: shows either Open Documents, Favorites (collections of related files, such as website files), Disk Files (drag and drop to create hypertext links in an HTML document, or to enter the path/filename in a TEXT document), or the Clip Assistant (help with programming Clips)
3. Libraries: quick access to different Clipbook libraries or you can use the dropdown box at the top of the Clipbook.
4. Document Tabs: can be stacked as shown above or a one-row scrolling list to save screen space as shown below.
5. Toolbar: customizable. Keep your favorites, hide the others.

Document - Second Window: view two files side by side. The Clipbook and Quicklist are toggled on and off with F4 and F6 respectively.

Running a Clipbook item: you fill in the blanks and the clip fills in the HTML code.
