REMEMBERING BACK

There are many that has passed away in these last days,

Leaving those behind without words to say.

As we look back in time to see,

They are always with us in our memories.

When the tears slide down your face,

Just remember my friend there is peace in the Almighty's grace.

When the rain starts to fall,

Remember back in time to their calls.

Making their way home up above,

Where they will be surrounded in God's sweet love.

We stand here crying in the past,

But their memories are with us to always last.

You say, "Do angels cry, do they feel?"

I think thats what is really so real.

Washing our souls with the raindrops as they fall,

Making us being able to stand tall.

But we weep when we are feeling so low,

Letting our hearts break, our feelings to show.

Many will go on, you know, leaving us behind alone,

But when the wind blows listen to their song,

Hear their whispers as they speak our names,

Giving us peace though nothing stays the same.

We may wonder from time to time,

But remember they are always with us in our mind.

Hello are you there?

Do you remember me the one who cares?

Can you feel me as I reach out,

Wanting to know its you beyond a doubt?

I want to say how much I miss you so,

But I do understand it was time for you to go.

Just want to know will you remember me?

Sometimes I sit here and close my eyes just to see,

Tears seem to fall at times,

Because of the memories I have in my mind.

Would you know my name?

Would things still be the same?

Would you run to me,

Like it used to be?

I know the angels are taking care of you now,

But there's still a place in my heart that I feel somehow,

You were the light of my life and always will be,

Because when I look up, you, I always see.

I listen to the wind knowing your there,

See a bird floating in the air.

I hope someday we will be that way,

To be together once more and to always stay.

So when you stand there think of me,

Because in my heart, I will always be with you, I believe.

I'll go now and close my eyes to keep,

To be with you even if its in my sleep.

Just want you to know, that I will always love you,

And will be waiting to join again when this life is threw.
