So, this is me.

Hey, stop laughing! I know, this photograph isn't very good.

But remember the time people didn't had a scanner. If everybody had seen Shakespeare physically some hundred years ago, would he had become so famous?

I think ... yes of course. So, enough of that.

My name is Volker Huebner and I'm a student of Earth Sciences at the ETH Zurich.

Zurich is really a beautiful city in Switzerland, in the heart of Europe. I recommend everybody to visit this city

I'm 20 years old and of course, the University is not everything in a lifetime (for me anyhow) and what were a human being without some hobbies?

I have several of them. For example doing some sports (at the moment skiing ,cycling -> in Switzerland, there are some quite good mountains to train on), reading good books and poems.

By the way, I play the guitar quite good, so music is a central point and a passion of my life. I listen to it everytime and everywhere. My favourite music is ... I don't know, there are many good groups all over the world. My CD-Player devours every kind of music: from Beethoven to Led Zeppelin. But he gets sick, when I give him for example Techno-Music and every other kind of Hardcore. He hates it, really.
