Not much at all is known about the mystery known to us as "Black Cat". He is rumoured to have been personally recruited by President Steve Talbot and comes to the SWF with a background said to be shady at best.

Operating as a referee for the SWF, he wears an all black outfit and mask hiding his identity. Black Cat throws all known referee's moral standards out of the window when officating a bout and has even been known to favour one participant over another just for the sheer hell of it.

Black Cat usually favours for the heels but has been known in the past to act as a mercenary, fast counting and DQ'ing anyone who pays him the highest to victory. Expect shady decisions and inconsistant officating from this mysterious individual.
