Troop Committee and Troop Leader Council (TLC) meetings are once a month on a Monday. Senior Patrol Leader Staff, Patrol Leaders, Troop Quartermaster, Den Chiefs, and Troop Guides MUST ATTEND! CREDIT FOR LEADERSHIP REQUIREMENTS IN ADVANCEMENTS WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO DO NOT ATTEND THESE FUNCTIONS AND LEAD!!!
