jordan taylor hanson
march 14, 1983

whoa baby! i'm speechless - how about you?!?

if you take a peek behind all the lights, cameras, and the entourage of people following, you'll see that there's unquestionably more to taylor hanson than his knack for music and his all-american good looks. born jordan taylor hanson on march 14, 1983, to walker and diana hanson who were married as freshmen in college, the flaxen haired taylor, as he came to be called, must have undoubtedly been a joy to have around the house. there are many rumors about the antics the cute little pisces pulled as a young lad, but i guess only the hanson family knows what really went on. :)

but as time goes by, things change, and so do special fair haired little boys. :) now standing just a few inches under six feet, taylor hanson has blossomed into quite an attractive young man who has come to be the epitome of what makes women's hearts - both young and old - beat so rapidly. with his gorgeous, sparkling blue eyes, itz hard not to take another look at the second born hanson child.

don't be fooled if you're told that the only thing to taylor is his boyish good looks, because if you think that's all there is to him, you're completely wrong. besides his dynamic personality and other aspects aside, tay also has an outstanding aptness for music, intelligence coming out the wazoo, and that's just for starters. :)

although he has been known to be quite the little flirt, this sexy and incredibly talented teenager is single with a capital 's'. :) when love mentioned, the cute fellow goes red and looks down in embarrassment. "i've often thought about how nice it would be to be in love," he says softly. "but i don't believe you can imagine what it's like if you haven't experienced it. still, i think about it a lot, of course, and i try to imagine what it would be like. i haven't even kissed a girl yet. actually, i find the whole thing a bit embarrassing, though it's me who gets the most love letters. i read each letter carefully. a lot of what's in them is very interesting. lots of girls don't just write me a letter, but they write me fantastic romantic poems. i think romance is important, even when there's no love involved. to me, romance is a beautiful thing to be enjoyed. sometimes i go away and just write a poem or even a song," he says, earnestly. "lots of people think that we only deal with situations in our songs which we've experienced ourselves, " he says. "that's not true at all. the songs i write are about my dreams and wishes too." so what does this amiable chap dream about then?!? "i'm a very shy person, especially where girls are concerned. of course i often think it would be great to have a girlfriend. but with all the pressure we've been under, and will be under from now on, i'm afraid i haven't got time for a steady girlfriend. i haven't got a clear picture of my dream girl. i don't mind a bit what she looks like, but she must be very cool and like listening to me. she has to be faithful too - that's important! but i don't want to rush things."

the above was written by lindsay, and if you have a yearning to know more about taylor, you can e-mail her with your question. also, for more info on all three hanson brothers, you can buy the official hanson book available in virtually any bookstore or visit our friend kera's hanson site. thanks. :)
