Name: "Musical Shore"I never cared for THE FURY, but after watching CARRIE for the umpteenth time this past weekend and noticing new details, I decided to revisit. It's not good. Maybe because CARRIE is such a simple premise, he's able to pack it with insight into the American family and high school experiences. THE FURY has too much going on to allow it any depth. It's not awful, the beginning and end scenes are great, but the middle is a snoozer. Bill Finlay feels wasted, too.

Name: "Geoff"I love THE FURY, packed as it is, and the way we as viewers are so separated from Robin for much of the movie, it comes as a shock to see what he's become, so then we can feel Peter's pain when he finally finds his son.
