Comments: Hi: I am so sorry to hear about your son. My father died of leukemia in 1974 at the age of 54. It was very hard for awhile, but then it started to get easier. I still miss him though. He only got to know our son, because he passed away, before our daughter was born, so therefore she never got to know her grandfather. You did a good job on the memorial. Keep up the good work. Oh, how my heart aches for you...Your son was such a handsome young man!
Your Jay was just 3 months older than our Chuck. His picture makes me think so much of Chuck when he was about Jay's age.
I lost my son at the age of 23 in an automobile accident. My heart just aches to think that you had to watch your son suffer and die of leukemia. I can't even imagine what you must have gone through to say nothing of what Jay had to have endured!
Jay passed away on my 41st birthday. Little did I know that while you were living every parents worst nightmare, I was celebrating my birthday. My heart aches so much for you.
I know that even after eleven long years you are still missing him each and every day of your lives.
I pray that God is holding you gently in the palm of His hand...
