Nebula's The Next Generation of Sailor Scouts

Remeber these characters were all thought up by Super Sailor Nebula and me Sailor Saiyan just applied her ideas into what you see now. =)

Personality: outgoing and friendly

Family: her mother Hannah her father Bill, her sisters Jillian and Veronica.

To transform she shouts: NEBULA STAR BURST POWER MAKE UP!
Sailor outfit: grey and silver colored
Her sign on her transformation pen: a squiggily line
Her attacks:
CONSTANT LAUGHTER ATTACK! she shoots a ray from her mouth and when it hits an enemy it begins to laugh hysterically
THEATER MASK ANNIHALTION! she shoots a smiling theater mask at an enemy and it eats the enemy alive
LAUGHTER BINDING LASSO! she takes her powers and turns it into a rope and lassoes an enemy and sucks the powers of the enemy dry.
To eliminiate enemies like Sailor moon does: she uses her transformation wand.
HISTORY: she is one of the daughters to Sailor Pluto. As Sailor Pluto died, she sent Sailor Nebula to earth to protect it from arising evil.

Hair: flesh colored to her shoulders
Eyes: white
Likes: watching the stars, watching Sci fi movies, science
Dislikes: not being able to fly (she is an alien, remember that) baths, eating earthworms
Family: her stepfather Brian (she came to earth out of the blue and Brian was lonely. he found her and raised her as his own)
Personality: strange, different, intelligent
Shouts b 4 Transforming: SCREAM ECHO POWER MAKE UP!
The sign on her transformation wand: a spiral
Her sailor outfit: much different from the others, dark blue and black, a cloak and a pair of wings behind her
Powers: besides her alien abilities she has the
POWER TIMES: she can multiply the intensity of an attack up to ten times as much
TOUCH OF DEATH: she merely touches an enemy and it nearly kills an enemy
HISTORY: comes from another planet, origionally to be a monster of Emerald, but she was torn away and was turned good by the presence of Sailor Moon at emerald's final battle.

Hair: three ponytails on head, reddish blonde hair
Eyes: dark dark brown

Likes: cooking, horse back riding, tubing
Dislikes: nagging, farts, getting thrown off a horse
Personality: classy, and prim and proper
Family: her grandmother Pearl

Attacks: ITCHING MAYHEM she blows a powder at enemies and they begin to itch like crazy
ITCHING CLOUD a major cloud is made and then floats at enemies and then it makes them itch like crazy
ITCH DISK she throws this disc at enemies, and then when it hits enemies it hits them like crazy
Food she likes: marcaroni and cheese
Food she hates: tomatoes
