taste in music (has quoted his fave band as being
Fleetwood Mac, and had Kiss posters in his bedroom when
he was growing up)
- his fave live band
is Andrew Hoskings
- although his fave

betting on horses... his fave magazine is 'best Bets',
and his fave subject at school was maths - "... so I
could figure our how much I'd won at the races." :P
- he part owns a pub called the Crockford Bay, a funky pub on the corner of Crockford and Bay streets in Port Melbourne (thanks Nicki!)
- gotta love his
sense of humour... eg: Q: "What do you like most in
a sandwich?"... A: "Bread" :)

- Please note... I
didn't want to include anything too personal on this
site. David has been through some tough times in his
life, which make all that he's achieved so much more
special. Rotary and the Victorian Department of Education
have recognized David in their "Achievers Against the
Odds"
awards. Check out their site for the details of these
awards. Their pages about Schwarta include a detailed
biography of his life, so if you want to know about his
personal history, check that out. And to Rotary and the
Ed. Dept. - thanks for recognizing David for being the
legend he is!!!
