"Campus Tradition Continues"On November 22, at Ala Moana Beach Park, Heald students, employees, and their families are invited to participate in a Honolulu Campus tradition that has spanned two decades. The explosive action will start at 10 a.m. and the party will rock on until 2 p.m. The day is filled with fun, sun, and heart-racing excitement; it will also provide an opportunity to help the community.Since 1997, Heald has supported the Hawaii FoodBank and the Toys for Tots Foundation in conjunction with the annual Battle of the Majors competition. This year's goal is 400 toys and 4,000 canned goods. Planning meetings have been scheduled for October 25 and November 8. Also, watch the "white board"for more information.
