HOW TO...Use Publisher!

MENU OPTIONS
Design allows you to choose a different style or type of publication. (i.e. if you chose a greeting card, layout allows you to browse through the other styles of greeting cards)
Color Scheme allows you to change the colors of you publisher document
In Greeting Cards Sugested Verse option allows you to browse through pre-written card verses and choose one to use on your card.
INSERT DESIGN GALLERY OBJECT
Click the Insert menu
Click Design Gallery Object
Click the object you want (i.e. if u want to add a picture with captions you would click picture captions if you wanted a border your would click border)
Choose the design you want
Click Insert Object
START A NEW PUBLISHER DOCUMENT
Click on the file menu
select new
ADD A PICTURE (w/out captions)
Go to the Insert Menu…and….
Click on Picture
CHANGE A PICTURE
right click the picture
choose change picture
DELETE AN OBJECT FROM YOUR DOCUMENT
Right click the object
Choose Delete object
