In Memory of Jesse and Joe Baxter

A man is granted but a short time in this thing we call life. God has chosen to take from us these two men because their deeds here on Earth were done. He had greater needs for them. They were inseperable in life and in death. These two brothers were closer than any I have ever seen. They never knew a stranger, they touched so many lives in this world. They would do anything to help you, there was never a dull moment in thier lives. They grabbed life by the horns and rode like the wind. Although they are gone from us in this world, they will always remain in our hearts and the hearts of those who knew them. We will miss them dearly...but we will see them again one day.

"GRANDPA" By Jessica Baxter in dedication to her grandpa, Jesse. I saw my life flash before my eyes, the day my Grandpa died. I know 15 years doesn't seem that long, But if you knew me at all, you'd be wrong. From day one, he was there for me, Always there to tell me that he loved me. He would always put a grin on my face, It could be at anytime or any place. Maybe at Walmart with underwear on his head, Or maybe even when I was home sick in bed. He nicknamed me Scooter when I was two years old. And I know this will stay with me, even when I'm sixty years old. Every Summer he'd take my friends and I out on the boat, and when we'd go tubing, I'd fall off and he'd laugh and watch me float. My Grandpa was my hero, and even tho he's gone, He'll always be in my heart, and I'll never be alone.
