First thing you want to do is build Drones and another overlord. Begin building more hatcheries and then get gas and build the tech tree. You probably want to build the whole tech tree but make sure you get greater spires fast and upgrade your flying units. Build mutalisks until you are maxed. Then mutate them into gaurdians and devourers. More gaurdians than devourers. This combination is very effective in force scince each unit is on the whole more powerful than the original mutalisk. Its probably a good idead to have some voerlords with your units to be able to find any cloaked attacking units.
Zerg - No Rush
A solid zerg strategy under these ciurcum stances is to make lots and lots of fully upgraded hydralisks and lurkers to harrass you enemy with. This can be achieved using the same basic plan as the strategy directly above this one. You want to have plenty of spore colonies around to prevent air attacks and have a few overlords with your hydras to detect enemies. If you wish you can also put all of your hydras into overlords and deliver direct mail to your enemies base.
