Kafko is proud to introduce the new Structural Foam Pool. This unique pool has a multi-flex panel which enables the customer to choose from one of our standard designs or create a shape of their own. No other structural foam pool manufactured today has this flexible patented feature.

Polymer Pool Shapes
Kafko Structural Foam Panel is made from non corrosive structural polymer. The top and bottom rail of the panel is 4" wide and each panel has a series of box style ribs for strength. In addition to these ribs, each 6' panel has 4 vertical ribs running the height of the panel ensuring the panel will not bow when back filled. The area around the Return Fitting is ribbed and marked for drilling the return fitting hole. This reinforces this area and ensures that all return fittings are at the same level.
Kafko patented Multi-Flex Panel made from structural polypropylene non-corrosive material. This panel has a 4" top and bottom rail with a vertical rib running the height of the panel every 4". Structural foam pools have been available for many years; the one thing they lacked was the ability to create new shapes. The multi-flex panel features patented live hinge, allowing the panel to be shaped to any inside or outside radius allowing Kafko to offer a full range of unique shapes and sizes. It also allows for custom designs so you can create your own sizes.
