Hey everyone, welcome to my site. My name's
Teresa Mitchell, I'm an eighteen year old female from Akwesasne. I
graduated from Salmon River Central School in June of 2001 and am
currently enjoying my freshman year at Macalester College in St. Paul
Minnesota. I love playing volleyball, meeting new people and hanging
out with friends.
I've spent my last two summers at the AISES MEP and STARS programs
at Clarkson University in upstate NY and had the time of my life,
anyone who has the chance to go, take it! It's a truly amazing experience.
I hope to maybe major in communications or psychology and hope
to eventually work on issues of youth empowerment and self esteem.
I'm especially interested in the fields of experimental learning
and teambulding.
Okay, what else to write? I have two cats, Kitty and Furby, I like
writing in my free time and am starting to get into poetry. The
links to the left are mostly pictures of friends, the NOW link will
be an online diary sort-of-thing, check it out to see what I'm up
to this week or how my semester went. Most importantly, check out
the thanks link, it's just a quick thank you to people who've been
a positive part of my life.
