Here are some things to be done and rather than waiting until after the "Test", if to Best Ascend and to Give the Gift of a Beautiful Earth with an Excellent Civilization Exemplar

Free Public, FP, Utilities and essentials along with Good Water in the future hence to retask is some aspects.
FP point of sources Water Purification systems in the form of many localized "systems" along rivers and other waterfronts for communities of homes and for factories for to give cleaned water.
FP "Water Purification" means many jobs somewhat similar to current workers that clean pools yet very green friendly.

FP many more Parks and Entertainment and special Parade promenades rather than blocking streets such as against First Responders.
FP more Nature Preserves distant from Cities, and more walk through Guides [Jobs] as for Families, adjacent to such Nature Preserves.

These would require time and effort to accomplish quickly and do not disclude for profit "systems", also as new opportunities arise.
