Pilaf
The emperor of his own land. Pilaf is not content with just ruling a few villages Using the power of the Dragonballs he plans to rule the world. Together with his lackeys,Shou and Mei, Pilaf quests for world domination.
Shou and Mei
Pilaf's lackeys. They perform many tasks for him around his castle. Pilaf puts them in charge of finding the dragonballs for him, but gets tired of their failures, and decides to search with them.
Yamcha
Goku and Bulma end up having to cross the desert of this notorious bandit. Luckily for them, Yamcha becomes extremely shy around pretty girls like Bulma. When Yamcha learns of their quest for the dragonballs, he decides to follow them, and steal their dragonballs when they're all collected.
Puar
Yamcha's partner in crime. She has the ability to shape-shift having went to shapeshifting school with Oolong.
Boss Rabbit and the Rabbit Gang
This gang is well known for wearing bunny ears. They are feared because of Boss Rabbit's unique ability to turn anything he touches into a carrot.
