Emergency Information Card
It does look much larger here for some strange reason...but, honestly, all this information does fit on the 4" X 5" index card that I print off my computer! I also paste a pic of each child on the back of the card - and I update it every 6 months or so. I place a copy of this card for each child in each of the following places:
- child's file
- First Aid Kit in my car (always in the trunk)
- First Aid Kit in the daycare room
- in a recipe card box on the top of my fridge
- I also make out a card for myself. Never know when you will be the one needing emergency care!
