After last years great season for the boys basketball team, you would think that they can only do better. Not if they only have 3 people left on the team. "The coaches do a terrible job with the players," says an anonymous ex-player. This comes to no surprise to me, since I just quit the team for the same reason. The coaches (with the exception of Coach Wortz) have no idea what they are doing.
They go on saying that we don't run for punishment, but for correction. Punishment and correction are the exact samething. Correction is more of a political term in this case, because it just sounds better. The worst thing about the varsity team, is that they put the wrong players in. This is the only varsity team in the country that would ever start Andy Cook, and Anthony Coomer.
The last game they had their star player sit for 3/4 of the game. Then they benched Ryan Stopera for the whole game just for committing a foul. And of course, the coaches say that all of the players hearts weren't in it. Which sounds good on paper, but after going through all of the practices, sounds like a bunch of bull shit.
