Beer Review: Victory Whirlwind Witbier
I sampled Victory's version of a Belgian Witbier ('white beer') at the 5th Annual Old Dominion Beer Fest and found it to be a good brew. Unfortunately, nothing else really struck me at the time about this beer, resulting in a woeful lack of tasting notes. -- Brewmeister G

Since sampling this brew last summer, I had meant to try it again. As I had rather enjoyed several of Victory's other products over the past year, I didn't have a hard decision to make when I spotted this at Norm's Beer & Wine! Light in both color and body, this brew was cloudy (i.e. unfiltered), as expected. There was an almost 'fruity' aroma to this beer, as well as a pleasant, lightly-spiced taste. A very nice, lighter wheat beer! -- Brewmeister G
