Beer Review: Old Dubliner Amber Ale
The page for this at Old Dominion's web site says it's only brewed for the Old Dubliner Restaurant and Pub (in DC), but I was able to get this at the OD Brewpub when I visited. An almost fruity-tasting start gave way to a very smooth brew. This yummy ale boasts 'real Irish hops' and 'round maltiness', according to the OD Beer Menu. I'm not sure what would make Irish hops distinctive from any other hops, but I do know that I enjoyed this beer. -- Brewmeister G
