Beer Review: Gettysbrew PA Blonde
One of the ingredients used to make this wedium-to-light colored brew is Belgian candy sugar! Medium-to-light in body, this beer seemed a little cloudy (unfiltered?). Nice and smooth, with a little 'roundness' at the end, there was a slight 'something' to the taste. This 'something' certainly didn't detract from this Blonde's taste (it may have been hints of hops...). I'm calling this a lager, as it is brewed using a lager yeast in the finish. A nice, light, smooth beer. -- Brewmeister G
