Beer Review: Dominion Oak Barrel Stout
Available only at the OD Brewpub, this beer is the most labor-intensive offering in the OD lineup -- and (according to OD) their most unique brew. Very dark, as expected, with a medium-to-heavy body, this beer had a very smooth flavor. Delicious! No strong coffee or chocolate notes were present, versus some other stouts. The solid flavor had a slight sweetness at the end (from the bourbon barrels used in the brewing process, perhaps?). A very good stout! -- Brewmeister G
