Beer Review: Clipper City Reserve Winter Ale

Very yummy is how I would have to describe this most excellent brew! Medium-to-dark in color, with some spice notes in its aroma, this beer had a medium body and a light spice aftertaste. This aftertaste was not very strong, unlike the beer itself (5.9%). Both spicy and hoppy while being not too much of either, this ale blended the two tastes together very nicely. It was not an overpowering beer, just one with a really good taste! -- Brewmeister G
