Hello all. Sorry my page has been delayed a week. I wasn't feeling inspired by any news last week. But I've come up with a couple of topics today.

ENTERTAINMENT NEWS.....Miss Cleo WANTED

Yes, these are the top stories. You can apply these topics to pretty much any story in your area or in the world.

I will start with the most violent story of the past few days and then work my way down. Of course I won't write about all the violence in the world, because I would be here till the end of time.

Did anybody follow the story about the wall street journal reporter, Daniel Pearl? I'm sure most of you did. Well as you know he's dead now for sure. And it wasn't like a simple shot to the head. Nope. It was a death that would make any normal person want to stay in their homes forever. I don't know how much you all know of the mid east terrorists. I will admit I'm not an expert. I can tell you they like to slowly kill people, as most terrorist groups do. There are many different ways to torture humans. We don't have a real high tolerance to pain. I mean stepping on a nail is torture to most of us. So with that in mind, imagine the endless possibilities to slowly kill a person. Pleasant thought, eh? (no I'm not Canadian, just like 'eh?') I won't give you guys a list of gruesome ways to torture; I will leave it up to your imagination. So back to my point. Daniel Pearl was a reporter, a journalist. I don't care how much anybody bithces about the media. If we didn't have them we wouldn't know squat. So, this guy, who was about to be a first time father, had a beautiful wife, and a great job, was brutally killed in a torturous manner. He wasn't military, not a spy, just an average joe that had a knack for writing and research. I don't know how much you've heard, so I'm going to warn you I'm going to get a little bit graphic. So if you're squemish don't read after the dots.

This poor guy was killed with a knife. The people who had him hostage slit his throat. Now, it wasn't like when someone gets their throats slit in movies. What these terrorists do (it's a technique, Pearl wasn't the first to have the terrible experience) they take a knife, and stab the person in the jugular and cut upwards. So imagine a knife in your throat tearing it all the way up. It's incredibly painful and bloody. And you don't die peacefully. You shake and shudder and swallow your own blood. There are different ways that it inflicts death. Hopefully you'll be lucky and pass out in the first minute from shock and just bleed to death. Or you stay awake for the whole thing, and because you're freaking out you choke on your own blood. I won't go on.

To make this all wonderfully worse, the death is on video, and it has already been put out for the public by the govt. NO NO, the gov't doesn't tell you they released it, or take credit for it, but they did. It's out there. Look it up on Morpheus or various other places like that on the web if you don't believe me. So you ask what does the govt gain by letting it out. Who knows, I don't care either. It's probably just so people will watch it and get pissed off. And while I am very open minded as far as peoples freedom to see such "snuff" films, this is the first time I have been beyond angry that something like this is out there. Because you know there are people that get off on shit like that. And what if years down the road, this poor guys soon to be born child gets a hold of this video by accident. This is a sick thing that has happened to an innocent man. I know, hundreds have gone the way of Pearl. And I feel the same way about all of them. So why am I singling this out. Well, because I sat through three radio talk shows where each host was discussing Pearls death. The more they talked about it the more it pissed me off. Listeners would call in and say, "oh it's awful" etc. Basically I was just a little too exposed to this story.

Now if that wasn't a violent story I don't know what is.

Another violent one was the lady that killed her five children. I can't even begin to go off on a tangent about this one, because it's just too ridiculous. I remember when I was around 12; Susan Smith was arrested for drowning her kids in a car. At 12 I knew the world was an awful place. It doesn't matter how many people are good out there in the world, because the bad is out weighing the good. My boss at the news station told me something at my last meeting. He told me that it doesn't matter if I do 99% of my newscasts perfectly, because the listeners only remember that 1% where I messed up a word or something such as that. The same goes for the bad people in the world. It doesn't matter if 99% of the population are saints, it's the 1% that torture people, or kill their children, or whatever else that matters. Because that one percent represents humanity. I know most of you will not agree and will probably be upset at that comment, but in my opinion it's true. The evil of a species is what represents it, because it shows what the species is capable of. Every living being is capable of some good, but each is also capable of different types of reprehensible acts. Look at this way. Why won't you walk down a dark alley at night? Is it because you are scared someone is going to say hello to you and offer a handshake, or is it because some one might stab you for the measly 5 bucks you might have in your wallet. I'm assuming all of you answered the latter. Why? If I were wrong, then why would you answer the latter? Your mind brings up the evil in the world when you walk down a dark alley, or go jogging at night, etc. Make Sense??? Good!!!

Prejudice News??

What??? I thought the news was supposed to be unbiased? NOT!!!

When I say prejudice I don't necessarily mean skin color (though that is a big issue). I more mean prejudice in thinking. The media is liberal. I have a theory, and it goes like this, "conservative" can be applied to either extreme right or left wing people. To me, conservative simply means when a person is closed off to any body's ideas but their own. What do you think? Pretty good ha? And liberal people are extremely conservative. They have their ideas, and NOBODY will ever change them, not even GOD himself. Of course the same goes for extreme right-wingers too. I am a moderate, which means, some one who can change for the better, and someone who will listen to others peoples opinions and try to see their side. Maybe I won't agree with those said opinions, but I will examine every side. The media does not do this. (Yes, I am in the media, which is why I know this. Because when a story comes off the wire it's written in a bias way, most of the time). Let's take my favorite example of the month.....black history. Here in NC on the local NBC affiliate they have Black Facts every half hour or so. Then on the actual newscasts, they talk about how wonderful all the black achievements are. While I'm sure there is a billion great things blacks have done, why must I have to listen to it in order to watch NBC. Yes I can turn it off, but like I said they put up a fact every 1/2 hour or so. So if I'm watching the Olympics (which are over now) I still have to see a black fact. WHY? Because the media feels this is important. Because their bosses say it's important, because the audience says it's important...WAIT A SECOND, I'm part of the audience, how come my opinion doesn't count? Because majority rules, girls and boys, and the majority, when it comes to the media, is liberal rich fucks. Whoops did that slip out. My bad. And while none of them actually care about black history, they think it's cool, and that if one day they end up in the 'hood, they can say "I wanted to run black history facts on a local news station". Yeah that'll keep 'em from getting a cap busted in 'der assess. That's the whole problem with the extreme liberals. They are chicken shits, so they have to aim to please everyone so they never have anger geared towards them.

WHY? Oh yeah, because people are morons, and need the govt to protect them from people like miss Cleo. Whatever, I've never called, because I know anything like that is bullshit. Anything that is turned into an info-mercial is bullshit. REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE. ANY 2-HOUR COMMERICAL PLAYED AT 3AM IS BULLSHIT, BUSLLSHIT, BULLSHIT, AND FINALLY BULLSHIT. DO NOT FALL FOR ANY OF IT EVER!!!! Disclaimer, sometimes those SCAMS may work, but 99.99999999999999999999999999% of the time they WON'T work for YOU!!!!!
