This is the newly colonized planet out in a far far away galaxy. You can train here if Trunks says you can, and all X-Hunters get half off on the items sold here.

Intensive Torture: Train in here w/ a Gravitron x300 with super weighted clothing for a whopping 2000/day. But you can only train in here for 4 days a week. and you need a senzu bean after training.
