This is the planet Freeza, you can buy some items here, and can learn a couple moves from the elders, or you can travel to the moon and train in the Supa Cool Beans Gym.

Freeza Training Room - This Training Room is very intense...but you dont have to use a senzubean because the Elders let you use their regeneration spa. Without weighted clothes your PL will increase 250 a day, With Weighted Clothes your PL will increase 350a day, With Extra Weighted Clothes your PL will increase 450 a day. After Training here for one week and a half you automatically learn the move Freeza Beam. Many people like this training center.

Henchmen	100	starts with PL of 75.They can help in farming

Senzu Bean Bag	150	hold 12 senzu beans
Senzu Beans	15	can restore health
