This planet is home to a simple life. The training here is mediocre, and the biggest thing you can do here is train in the hyper-bolic time chamber. You may also farm here as well as train with Kami, or Master Roshi.

Training with Master Roshi: Train alone with Master Roshi on Kame Island, gain a PL of 400 a day, plus: train here for one week and get a Nimbus (lets you find items faster)

Train with Kami: Train under the guardian of the earth for a weak 250 PL a day, but get a bonus 5 EL for one week.

Train in the Hyper-bolic Time Chamber: Train for a whoping 600 PL a day, 800 with weighted clothing, and 1000 with weighted clothing. You can only train in here for 2 days and then must rest for one, or use a senzu bean.
