"Causality may be considered as a mode of perception by which we reduce our sense perceptions to order." Niels Bohr

Humanity must therefore be the expression of our immortal Self cocooned within mortal shells. Through such existence we become more than protected from our true, higher Self, but insulated from it. Through casting aside the countenance of god-likeness, we have taken the form of its creation. In so doing we have divulged our greater Self, in fact our most highest expression of Self, to a solitary commanding figure. Which of itself does not seem so disastrous, as it may appear. For to delegate our higher virtues to an immortal, omnipotent, higher-Self, actually frees mortality to its own devices. Yet, this does not exclude it from the outcomes designed by said entity.

If we retain any aspect of god-like qualities they often become mired in the humanly mundane regressed into shadows of memory and moments of realization. Through such ordered character, our traits must therefore be molded to reflect our higher state of consciousness, for such impressions have faded from mankind's temporal, and seemingly temporary, memory.

The stance of the alchemist that made the attempt to transmute lead into gold, did so with the comprehension of both physics and metaphysics. The physical expression was a solid, void material which had similar hyper-particles that emulated its cousin, gold. In the metaphysical mindset, transmutation did not occur purely on the physical/chemical level, but rather from the unconscious, magickal realm. The life of the alchemist blended the science of nature with the mind of God. They would walk this fine border in hopes of being the sole prodigy to comprehend that higher state, and thereby express it physically with gold. For some it was gold for the sake of wealth. For others, the wealth lay not in the end result, but in the higher consciousness required for such transmutation to exist.

Causality would dictate that verifiable results occur given specific test material and a controlled outcome. However, the Universe actually reflects a chaotic blend of the physical and metaphysical realm. The Universe actually possess a soul. In this understanding, typical, logic-based results will naturally become flawed. For the results cannot be predetermined based on set criteria, but must thereby reflect the whims and desires of an all-encompassing entity.

The highest understanding becoming that each mortal facilitates this reality. When each and all reach such a level of comprehension, till now only facilitated by actual, physical death, then they cannot possibly achieve the level of godliness ascribed to deity. For deity, in all its garments, must reflect mankind's highest virtue of truth, and therefore cannot openly, physically exist within a tainted realm due primarily to its own metaphysical nature. Insomuch, that belief creates faith and faith moves mountains, it remains humanity's metaphysical/spiritual nature that actually molds reality and not the mortal-based perception of it. Hence, there is no chicken without the egg, and one cannot make a successful omelet without cracking a few of them.
