For any planet with gravity over X1 you will gain 5pl for each turn spent there times the multiplier. (New Vegeta=X5 so its +25pl a turn.) This affects only the first 10 turns of your stay. Anywhere training is also multiplies by the multiplier. Regular Training would be New Vegeta=X5 so its 5*500=2,500 each turn... very nice.
