Biographies
Aisha Clanclan
Aisha is a member of the Ctarl-Ctarl Empire. The Ctarl-Ctarl race are cat-like species that change into a different cat depending on the moon. Once Gene and his crew are on Blue Heaven, she follows them and picks a fight, and wanted to know where the Galactic Leiline was. She is the least-trusted crew member of the Outlaw Star
Gene Starwind
Gene Starwind has a repair shop on Centennal 3, with his partner Jim. When he can’t pay for his bills, he collects bounties and says he’ll pay them back when he makes it big. He is the kind of guy who only likes food and girls, and he loves going out on the night on his own. When he has a boy, he went to space with his dad. Their ship was attacked by pirates, when the pirates boarded, they killed his father, right before Gene’s father threw him in a space pod and sent him away, that conflict made him scared of space and a building hatred towards pirates. When he met Hilda, and they got in space, he became a permanent Outlaw, on the never-ending journey to hit it big with money.
Fred Luo
Fred is the long time "friend" of Gene, in fact he is homosexual, and he has a crush on Gene He saves them a couple time by letting them borrow money, and he sponsers them in the race they entered. Gene was hired by him to protect himself against Twilight Suzuka.
Gillum
Gillum is the XGP or Outlaw Stars' computer. He is a tiny purple robot that travels through the ship on a series of cables on the ceiling, at the cockpit, he talks though a circle that has three parts, the red part moves up and down when he talks. He is the pilot along with Melfina. He has many files and records of history, events and people. Everytime an unknown person enters or tries to pilot the ship, they have to make a file of themselves.
Harry MacDougal
Harry MacDougal is the younger brother of Ron, he loves Melfina and always wants her to be with him, he wants to kill Gene too. When he dies for the last time, his "phantom" body helps Gene get through the gate, but had a back-up file on his ship to save himself. He absolutely loves Melfina's song. Harry is a bio-android.
Hot Ice Hilda
Hilda is an Outlaw and took Gene first into space. Hilda hired Gene to be her bodyguard, and called herself Rachel. Once the pirates saw her, they began to chase her. She went into a warehouse and opened a box that had Melfina in it. Once Melfina was out, they got on her ship and went into space. When the pirates followed them, she got out on an extra ship and held them off, and she died on the first episode, later Gene and her got the outlaw star, before she died.
Hizanko
Hizanko is the leader of the Kai pirates, and is always on the search for the Galactic Leiline. When he finds it, he wishes for total strength. He turns into his ship and battles the XGP, but in cyber-space, he fights Gene as normal size. Gene starts to lose, then thinks of his crew, and gets an incredible burst of strength. The Outlaw Star sprouts wings and fights the ship. In the end, he dies.
Jim Hawking
Jim is Gene’s partner. Jim is only 11 years old, and yet is more mature than Gene. He is a hacker and gets government files on everything and gets bounties for people. He usually has some ammo with him to give to Gene or to help Gene with his blaster.
Melfina
Melfina was though to be a bio-android, but was later found out to be the maiden of the Lailine, or the puppet created to open it. From the beginning, she has grown curious of her past and when they found the Lailine, she learned of her past, but before that, Gene promised to help her find out about her past. She is the pilot of the XGP and has to go in a water tube to control it. She had an unknown passion for Harry MacDougal, but in the episode, “Return to Space,” she kisses Gene.
Ron MacDougal
Ron is the older brother of Harry, and always looks after him. Every time Harry dies, he rebuilds him with a better body. Ron uses dog-type robots that have an end of a gun as a head, which fires missles.
Anten Seven
The Anten Seven is a group of Outlaws/Pirates that kill everyone they want. Their leader is Hizanko. One of the looks like Hizanko, not much is known about them.
Clyde
Clyde is the owner of a bar on Centennal III. Gene fights some people for bounties there. He pays for the bar damages, and Clyde is kind of happy of the fights because he gets a lot of business after the fight.
Gene's Dad
When Gene was a kid, his dad took him for a space trip. When pirates attacked their ship, he saved Gene, and not himself.
Gwen Cahn
Gwen helps Gene and his crew find the Galactic Leiline. But was later hitched off with someone, and ended up with the MacDougal's. In the end, his wish have complete knowledge of everything is answered.
Iris
Iris is the waitress at Clyde's bar, she likes Gene and gets mad whn he talks with other women.
Kei Pirate Ninja's
The Kei Pirate Ninja's were launched out by the Kei pirates, their origin is unknown, but they are fairly good enemies...at the time when they met Gene...
Kei Pirates
The Kei pirates were the first enemy of Gene. They killed Hilda, but not Gene. They know black magic and say something similar to:"Kadwakanza" over and over.
People's Liberation Force
This force attacked Gene when he returned to blue heaven. They use a cartoon mouse as an emblem.
Swanzo
Sawanzo is the robot that fixes up the Outlaw Star in BLue Heaven. He allows him to pay him back when he makes it big.
