The site Niko's aka Anime Paradise is got an intresting layout. It has the most confusing menu I ever saw. It has some nice content and the webmaster has good spelling and grammar skills. I think it was a nice idea to put on that funky music its perfect for what your site is about. The grade I give to this site is a B+.
Advice to the webmaster: What brought your grade down is the menu u should either fix it or make somethink simpler. Pretty much everything else is ok on your site.
