Half Saiyan Rules

Half-saiyans, like all saiyans, have a burning hatred in their hearts. But unlike full blooded saiyans, the anger that burns in a half-saiyans heart is much greater. So great in fact that when they become enraged it can increase their power level along with their skills for a short time. Only after intense training and becoming a super saiyan can a half- saiyan harness and control this anger to make him stronger. The down side to this great power though is the fear that human instincts create.

Anger Explosion Rules

• Requires a power level of at least 50,000,000
• It can turn a half saiyan SSJ2
• Modifiers are permanent
• Power level x 2
• Speed, Physical, and Combat x 4
• Until a half saiyan reaches the required power level the anger explosion only occurs for one round in which the saiyan gains the modifiers plus 10 extra turns for that round.
