CStakes is a mix of sweepstakes and paid visiting. Members enter cash drawings (ranging from $25 to $1000's) by visiting advertiser websites. There is also an automatic $100 weekly prize. That's not the most interesting part, though... They have a generous referral program which pays members $3 for every referral plus an extra $2 if their referral plays 5 times within 45 days of signing up.
