Bulma
Bulma is a carefree beautiful young girl that appears throughout all of the Dragonball series. Infact she is the second to appear in Dragonball. Even though bulma lacks physical power her mental power makes up for it by far. She is often eventing small gadgets that help the Z warriors in battles. For example she creates a object that helps Vegeta go Super Saijin level 4. Also allowing him to skip Super Saijin level 3. Bulma however can be very tricking and mean when she wants something. A good example of this is when she gets Goku to help her find the Dragonballs in DB when she knows that he will lose the Dragonball his Grandfather gave him before he died.
