Final Fantasy XI is a step foward in the Final Fantasy series due to the fact that it will be an online game. It will be available on PC and Playstation 2 and users all over the world will be able to play and battle in the world of Vana Dir.
There will be fees for this game but how big they are and how many there are is still not confirmed. When you play FFXI and choose your character, you can make him/her join one of several tribes which each have their own advantages and disadvantages. You will also be able to communicate with other characters running around and find neutral monsters from which you can learn abilities from. More to come soon..
