Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where should I hunt?

2. What should I train before tap?
3. How should I train after tap?
4. How do I research?

  • Go to our guild hall (place where you train) type "research." That is the spell lists available in that room. More spell lists are available if you go east and type "research" again. To check the spells lists you currently have, type "spell". Choose which list you want to research, then type "research (spell list name)" 5. What do I research?

    • Recommended to research in this order.
      • Chilling Hand - Hunting spells. If you did not get the list when you started, usually you will get it when you join the guild. Keep this list up to your level.
      • Shroud of Death - Your shields.
      • The Dark Trick - Mostly used for PK.
      • Elemental Protections - Gives you extra protection from Cold, Earth, Lightning and Fire. These spells are best at the highest level, before that they don't help a whole lot.
      • From the Grave Riseth - Pets. If you want to use pets at early levels, might want to research this list a little earlier, however, the best pets are at level 32.
    6. When do we get tap?
    • You get tap at level 11.

    7. How does Tap work?
    • Tap allows you to put extra power points into a spell, allowing you to hit harder.

    8. Can I kill myself internalizing tap?How?

    • Yes. If you are at 0 Health and tap a spell that you don't have power for, and the spell internalizes (into your health) instead of giving you the tap, you "life tap" into your health points, and since you have 0 health points you kill yourself. TIP: Always successfully bandage after casting. This will give 1 health point, and in many cases save your life.
    9. What is lifetapping?
    • Lifetapping is when you have enough power to cast the spell, but not enough extra power for the 'tap' into the spell. Like casting a level 50 spell(costs 50power) tap'd for 200, when you only have 60power...You'll lifetap, taking 200hp/fat damage. The extra power needed for the lifetap comes from your health/fat pts. If you don't have enough health or fat, the tap will put you at 0 once you cast the spell.

    10. How much should I tap for?
    • It is recommended to tap a little less then your max tap, in the beginning. To keep from internalizing the tap.

    11. Do realm titles/ranks help my tap?
    • Yes, helps your tap % allowing you to tap more near you 'max' tap. An gives you a higher Max tap.

    12. What level should I try to PK?
    • Of course at lower levels you can't solo kill, but if you get someone to take you, it's a blast trying to pk at lower levels. Recommended level to PK is usually around level 20

    13. Are pets any good?
    • Matters on the area you use them in, some pets work better in some areas

    14. How do I control a pet?
    • First, cast your 'protection' spell, then cast your 'arise' spell to make the pet appear. Next, cast your 'dominion' spell over the pet. Finally, command 'pet name' follow. It'll attack whatever you attack.

    15.How do I get a pet to attack something I didn't attack?
