This was Speed Freak Productions first feature length film, although it was not widely released at all. The story takes place deep within the heart of Canada as an ex war veteran, Jules Bunnykiller, decides to hold the country hostage after taking control of a nuclear weapons facility. His demands are simple, yet insane: Make him president of the U.S.A. The United States Army has only one choice- to send in their best secret agent along with his co-op team.
