As you enter through the massive doors, you find yourself in a great circular hall, several floors high, with staircases running up an down joined by galleries. The marble floor with its gray and white pattern leads you towards the center of the room. Standing behind the counter you find the librarian, an androgyne figure with long black hair and silver eyes. When you get close s/he greets you with a soft and gentle voice.

"Welcome to the Great Library of Shangtu. My name is Anandi and I'm here to give you all information you need. Please feel free to wander around, you have access to all places of the library except those lying behind the gate at the far end of this hall. Therefore you need a key, that I only will give to you if you accept the conditions coming with it. But for now please let me show you around and tell you some more about the library." 

Anandi leaves hir desk and guides you to a small room marked as Info Center.

	"If you want to know about the newest stuff in our rooms, have a look at this info board."
	"For an alphabetical list of all authors stored here and their works use this index scrolls."
	"Information about how to become a member of Shangtu by adding your stories to the library you find in this section."
	"The library of Shangtu has its own rating system, to learn about it look at this scrolls."

The librarian follows the the markings on the marble floor leading you from room to room.  

	"The Hall of Science is dedicated to some great original work taking place on foreign worlds, from bombastic space opera, invincible heroes to unbelievable nonsense you will find everything."
"The Saints' Sanctuary holds scrolls about the glorious guys from  the anime series Saint Seiya."
	"The Realm of Darkness presents a collection of works around the Dark Kingdom from the Sailormoon anime series."
"This room is for poems, short stories etc. with or without philosophic themes. Mostly we put anything there, that doesn't fit elsewhere..."
	"The Vampires' Den is the right place for those who like to read about the bloodsucking f(r)iends and their unlive."

At last Anandi shows you a locked gate with a black iron roses design. 

"This is the gate to our restricted area. Here we collect all the scrolls in or above category 3 in our rating system. If you want to enter nevertheless, you may ask me for the key."

"Now I'll leave you to explore. Have fun, and call me if you need me!"
