Hmmm, well, where to begin. First of all I'm a bit of a self-proclaimed airhead--which is not to say that I'm lacking in intelligence, just...common sense. Which will undoubtedly make things *interesting* later in life. Secondly, I'm very much into doing the artist thing, which means I come equipped with all the odd little personality quirks generally associated with breed. And now, if you haven't already left in disgust, we'll move on to a little personal history^^;;.

I've always been a bit of a wallflower (a BIT? O_O), which means I spend a lot of time alone. Perhaps a bit TOO much...at family get-togethers, my parents would drag me out of my room to prove to my relatives that I did, in fact, exsist >_>. I also read a lot, which mystifies a great number of people in my age group =_=. Maybe it's the influence of all those books, but I'm rather a quiet person (as people who know me can atest to >_>;;).

Nature is always something that has fascinated me. At the risk of sounding like a total hippie, I feel more at home in the woods than in any man-built dwelling or city. Watching nature get destroyed on a whim makes me literally physically ill.

I've been drawing since the moment I could first pick up a pencil and *not* drool all over it. First it was animals, then scenes from the long, involved daydreams me and my friends (yes, I do in fact have friends ^^;;;) came up with. These daydreams generally involved Star Wars and dragons and other fantasy themes. I'm kind of a big dork, maybe nobody told you. Of course, as soon as I discovered anime, I immediately started drawing that too (and who doesn't?). My first attempts were not fit for human eyes, but I like to think I've improved. Now that the last vestiges ot neophyte otaku lust have passed, I'm trying to branch out a bit, spruce up my style some.

My first year away at college was, to put it mildly, a dismal failure. But now that that unpleasant fiasco is over and done with, I've made a new start at a different college, and things are looking up dramatically. So maybe I'll actually get somewhere in life, who knows?

Well, now that I've come off sounding like a pretentious git, you're probably ready to leave now...=_=;;.
