Appearance: The most noticable thing about Mingo upon encountering him is that he keeps his eyes closed, yet knows who he is speaking to and more about them than just their appearance. He wears a black uniform, covered with a black cloak, it's collar high, and tassled at the points. It's lined in purple satin, and all that can be seen of his uniform is the jacket collar and the black trousers. On his right hand he wears a glove that he's created from the various hand bones of the dead.
Background: Mingo was born in the dead city of Metzengerstein in Abysmal Void during the Reign of Disaster. The child of a stranded pair of scientists he was left on his own at the age of ten when his parents were finally destroyed by the Abysmal hoardes. How he survived is a mystery, but he was found at the age of 17 by an explorationi group from Isadore and taken back to Haven.
Strengths: A true clairvoyant, Mingo sees without vision. He does not rely on his eyes to find his way, and, in fact, has never opened them. His weapon of choice is the glove that he's created from the various hand bones of skeletons he's found in and around Metzengerstein, the fingertips of which he has filed into sharp claws. His psychic prowess is unrivaled by all save perhaps the goddess of the psyche, Raven herself. He can see not only the people he's dealing with, but their pasts as well as their futures. He is immune to all forms of status effects, and any attack dealing with the senses.
Weaknesses: Mingo's true weakness is shadow based magic, but he is also suseptable to attacks the directly effect the mind in ways other than confusion or manipulation, of these he is most vulnerable to illusions dealing with the natural world, such as landscapes and buildings.
Other: The status effect blind is not only Mingo's rune and orb, but his entire being as well. He cannot be detected by psychic means and can cloak himself in a form of invisibility, allowing him to pass by the vision of others completely unseen.

Blind Side: Masking the minds of those around him, Mingo is able to escape their company completely undetected.
Eye of the Beholder: Using this skill makes his target see what it is they want to see, whether it be their ideal of the perfect body, or their dream for the perfect environment. This is sensory manipulation skill and will only work on those vulnerable to charm based spells.
