Background: It had all
begun 9 years ago when Spyro was only 11 years old.
It was a perfect clear sky day when he decided it'd
be a good idea to ditch school to go frolic in the
realms where sheep come in the dozen. The realm he'd
gone to happened to be the place where the Daily
Dragon News was being held. Bob, the reporter, was
interviewing one of the head dragons about the
"statistics," things Spyro had little
interest about. Then, like bolts of lightning, Gnasty
Gnorc's crystallization spell locked all the 80
dragons in the dragon worlds in statues of turquoise
crystal. It was all up to Spyro, the only unaffected
one, to save them, but it wasn't an easy task.
He did
end up on top, defeating Gnasty, and saving all the
dragons as well as collecting one fair share of loot.
His adventures didn't end there, however. Two years
later he was swept away to Avalar where he met and
became friends with more than a few people. He became
familiar with the different worlds as well as their
inhabitants. Most of all, he knew who a short
gnorc/dinosaur was. The main villain, Ripto, was
trying to take over, but Spyro stopped him in his
tracks, therefore saving the world of Avalar where he
is welcome anytime.
About
a year after his adventure in Avalar, Spyro had to
save 150 dragon eggs from two very evil villains
named Bianca and the Sorceress. They brought all of
the eggs to "The Forgotten Worlds" and hid
them. In the end, all was well. Bianca realized the
truth in the Sorceress's plan, which was to use all
the dragons' wings to create a massive spell which
would allow her to live forever. Yes, Spyro has
gained many friends.
Personality: Spyro's still
a cocky character who generally makes his moves first
and then thinks about it. He's grown up quite a bit
and has matured into a pretty reasonable guy,
although he still has his downfalls. He's not as
snippy as he used to be.
Relations: Being it he's
now 20, he looks at dragonesses more than he'd
expected when he was only 14 when he saved the
Forgotten Worlds. He seems to like Tora slightly, but
no real sign is there. He knows she likes him, which
makes him feel a little more comfortable when he's
around her. It can also make him a little nervous at
the same time…
