As it seems to do every week, Jon Ritchie's head began to bleed. And bleed.
And bleed. The rain poured down, making the blood run more and smear. The CBS cameras loved it.
Ritchie is becoming a scary sight. He said little kids are afraid of him.
"Honestly, they are," Ritchie said.
Ritchie suffered a gash on his forehead Oct. 28 against Philadelphia. During the weeks since it will scab over, but on Sundays it starts to bleed again. It won't completely heal until the season is over, which means Ritchie -- who is tiring of being asked about his head -- probably will keep getting plenty of air time.
