Dispell is a five man metal group from Orangeville, Ontario. They have been a band for almost two years now and they have a series of accomplishments as a group such as recording a four track demo disc entitled Independant and a seven track live recording entitled Orchestrated Madness and also establishing a large fan base in just a few shows. They have done concerts at big venues such as the Kathedral and the Opera House in Toronto. " I feel my lyrics are a reflection of my emotions, like if I'm pissed off at some one I'll write a song about it. I guess my position in the band helps me channel all my rage and emotional upset and let it out in a positive way. " says lead singer Ken Barr. They have written fourteen songs and they hope to record a debut album. Each show and each song written is a step closer to achieving their dream which is to make a career doing something they love making music.
