- Political factions begin to form and small scale violence ensues.
- Republic Expedition team A-6 claims to have discovered Urenon, then goes missing.

- Factions begin creating emulated officials using the new Construct technology for their own agendas; swaying votes and creating confusion.
- The Purgeists Party begin releasing news of the Type II program en-mass to the general public, widespread panic begins to engulf the Republic.

- The Vel-Teh, ashamed, leave the Republic.
- News begins to circulate of a second project being discovered. A project designed to create a sentient organic android, an artifical lifeform crafted entirely from biological components. These "Bioids," as they have been dubbed, are quickly found to replace Type II's as emulators. Very little of the new technology could detect a Bioid emulator, as most of it had been designed for the Type II threat.
- The Republic itself soon begins to fall under the burden of political chaos and inner turmoil and many political factons succede.
- The Orias Nae recieves new orders; Seek out the Vel-Teh and attempt to begin peacefull treaty negotiations.

- 10 years after it's fall the Republic has begun to pick up the pieces of it's now shattered and fragmented colonies and stabilizes. Still seeking to unite with it lost offshoots the Republic is forced to rebuild itself from within while trying to defend itself without.
- Debates soon begin as to the status of wheather the Construts and Bioids are "alive."

- Vel-Teh discovered, treaty signed.
- Traitors to the Republic sabotage the Orias Nae in an uprising crippling her and destroying most of her support fleet.
- The Orias Nae undergoes Repairs and various upgrades at the hands of the Vel-Teh.
- Worried he won't last the voyage home, Fleet Admiral Tarn undergoes vast cybernetic & bioware Vel-Teh procedures replacing a large portion of his body.

- Thought lost the Orias Nae returns home to find the Republic in shambles. The Orias Nae is soon commisioned to head up the forces of the "Bulldog Brigade."
