Ladysmith Skate Park

This skate park has a six foot vert quarter pipe, which is very difficult to drop in on. It has some good ledges and rails, but other than that it is not very good.

Darren Bolton, Yanick Dubios, Jason Enns, Greg and Dom didn't think much of this park either. Stated in Chase Bmx Magazine they said... "At every park, we all wonder what kind of shenanigans are about to go down, which lines will be drawn and who will do what. But after riding around the Ladysmith park, we were all left scratching our heads... this park is definitely different. The place in lined with some horrible graffiti and various wooden obstacles which people have nailed together in their driveway. It's a plaza set-up, with a steep 6' high horseshoe quarter pipe in one corner the goes to vert. Both sides drop down to wedges and grind ledges and flow into the street section. There's a kinked-up pyramid, a wacky rail-ing, some wedge hips and some stairs. There's a little wooden launch ramp on the grass going into the park and I ask someone to give me their best Todd Lyons impression with a backflip, but neither Dom or Greg are going for it."
